The website offered a lot but we weren’t that impressed. Had a good area and description of how cheese is processed. Was a private event upstairs so we couldn’t go there. The cheese samples were really good and the lemon cheese cake was delicious.
My husband and I both ordered the ham and cheese sandwich on a pretzel roll. I can't remember what they called it but it was really good. The cashier was very friendly and of course, I left with a variety of cheeses too.

We had the chance to tour the Hilmar Cheese factory. We've been to Tillamook in Oregon and loved it, so this was a go! Great tour!!! Our tour started with lunch of sandwiches and cheese soup- the soup alone was worth it!! Delicious!! The tour is done inside our bus where the staff come aboard and talk about milk production, processing, cleanliness, testing, and cheese making. We actually drove thru the factory complex.
