Ok so read carefully!This is a definite must visit & try!The food prep & show is rare! The food is great. The chef ?? is on par and knows his profession. Speak with him and allow him to explain his traditional cooking from his father! Cultural food with a ? great taste and experience! Must try the mustard sauce it was a 1st for me & pleasantly surprising!! Delicious and authentic Nayarit style tacos de cochinito al horno. Nice chunks of delicious pork on a tortilla with a delicious mustard sauce that compliment the tacos very well. They taste just as good as ordering them at the plaza in Acaponeta. Definitely recommend it, and I love how the roasted pig sits on display as the chunks of meat are taken from its delicious body.
