Quick service, good atmosphere, and excellent food. We love the Bobbie. This was our first time to this Capriotti's and we are happy we came. Carols served us and was very friendly.

It's Friday night and they close at 9pm. I arrived at 8:40pm and as soon as I entered the restaurant instead of being greeted, I'm questioned immediately if I'm picking up an order. I replied "no" and that I wanted to make an order to go. I tried ordering a hot sandwich, but the employee at the register refused to make it because her excuse was that they were closing soon.If you're too lazy to make a specific sandwich during your shift, you should quit and get another job. I don't care if you're already cleaning up equipment early so you can go home early, that's not my problem. Their sandwiches are good, but the employees are toxic. I would recommend getting something to eat instead at Yoshinoya, 7-Eleven, or El Pollo Loco which is right next to them.

I definitely recommend. This place makes me happy every time I receive my order. I usually have it delivered and it's perfect every-time. The food tastes amazing. When you go into the store it's even better because the staff is polite and welcoming and accommodating.

This place makes the best Philly Cheese Steaks of all the places I have ever tried! In addition, the staff at this location are all so nice and friendly and they always make sure you get what you ordered and that you are happy with the results! I have been coming here for years and as long as Carlos (the manager) and his excellent staff like Manuela and Joanie are working there, I will keep coming! There aren't many Capriotti's in the SouthBay or nearby, so when I get turkey & stuffing craving throughout the year, Capriotti's comes in clutch with their famous "the Bobbie" a hand pulled (never sliced) oven roasted Turkey sandwich, topped with herb seasoned stuffing and a tangy cranberry sauce, it's like having Thanksgiving dinner in one bite, without all the relatives and craziness that sometimes comes with the holiday! There was definitely a reason the Bobbie was voted "greatest sandwich in America" and it's because The Bobbie tastes much like the American Thanksgiving holiday wrapped up in a fresh roll! I've never ordered anything else here, though the last time I came they gave me the wrong sandwich and I was so bummed after driving 14 miles, to open up my Sandwhich to find a "Capistrani" (pastrami, Swiss cheese, coleslaw and Russian dressing), instead of The Bobbie, but the team at this location especially the manager are so nice, I just tried the Capistrani and came back this week for my Bobbie fix. This location has a great team, always welcoming, and smiling. and don't be deceived at lunch, it may look like the shop is empty and there are no customers, but if you look closely you can see their register constantly printing new orders (whether for Grubhub, Uber or online orders) that little printer gets a workout! And i bet most of those orders are for the Bobbie! It's so good it makes you want to call your mom and tell her you love her & miss her day after Thanksgiving sandwiches!

I have only gotten to eat Capriotti's as delivery and have not eaten in the restaurant. Speaking to their food though, I enjoyed my cole turkey sandwich immensely until I found a large piece of plastic wrap IN the sandwich wrapped around some of the meat. I have no idea if I consumed any of the plastic wrap before this discovery. Once I saw it, I stopped eating. Accidents happen, but this is certainly a huge safety concern!

I've been coming to this Capriotti's for a long time... The store is always clean. The service is always amazing especially today from Joanne and Diana... They absolutely Rock customer service.! The food is always fresh. Super tasty, and the store is always clean with great music. I highly recommend the Culver;City location

So, there's a story. My son said "Ma, this store has Thanksgiving on a sandwich (The Bobbie)...and it's good!" I said, "what? That sounds crazy!" I tried it, now I'm standing in the store waiting for my third one. I'm hooked! No joke!
