This place makes the best Philly Cheese Steaks of all the places I have ever tried! In addition, the staff at this location are all so nice and friendly and they always make sure you get what you ordered and that you are happy with the results! I have been coming here for years and as long as Carlos (the manager) and his excellent staff like Manuela and Joanie are working there, I will keep coming! There aren't many Capriotti's in the SouthBay or nearby, so when I get turkey & stuffing craving throughout the year, Capriotti's comes in clutch with their famous "the Bobbie" a hand pulled (never sliced) oven roasted Turkey sandwich, topped with herb seasoned stuffing and a tangy cranberry sauce, it's like having Thanksgiving dinner in one bite, without all the relatives and craziness that sometimes comes with the holiday! I definitely recommend. This place makes me happy every time I receive my order. I usually have it delivered and it's perfect every-time. The food tastes amazing. When you go into the store it's even better because the staff is polite and welcoming and accommodating.
