Food is good, nothing to say, BUT. I feel like the United States is one of the countries that most values the customer service. This was not true in this case, where the waiters were not nice and kind. We are foreigners, we had no clue on how chipotle works, and the boy who served us our burrito seemed annoyed by it and did nothing to make us feel comfortable or explain things. Would like to see him in a foreign country where he doesn’t know the language and people were rude...

I can’t give more then 3 stars . I went twice and each time they had missing ingredients. Some line workers need to work on not touching there faces/body while working on the line . Food looked fresh and was warm so I give 3 stars for that . But am totally grossed out by watching a employee lack food handler skills .

Had a long wait because it was only one person serving the food with a long line while 2 girls and a young boy was at the back just talking and doing nothing important, but the girl that was serving the food was skinny tall with glasses & had a great attitude and the food was good
