Chipotle Mexican Grill

This place is awful. I never write reviews and feel compelled to write this. I live close, so easy for me to visit. Last 5 times I’ve been every time something was wrong, from register being down, to only accepting online orders, and this last time they had no rice. I really like Chipotle but this location is terrible!

This person was extremely rude and inappropriate. Most likely, she was intoxicated. This is the worst service I have ever experienced at any Chipotle. I request that this employee be terminated due to a complete lack of ability to communicate with customers. I will not return to this location and will not recommend it to any of my friends. You should screen your staff more carefully before hiring. Intoxicated and inappropriate supervisors are unacceptable. Although I believe she was not actually a supervisor and was simply lying about it.

It’s heartbreaking to see employees care so little about the brand and the mission. Growing up we loved going to chipotle, however modern chipotle has become absolute trash. The quality of the food at this location was abysmal, the staff wanted to ensure the customers knew she hates her job and life.
Please Chipotle, hire managers that care about the company in hopes they can replicate and protect the culture that is now long gone.

Love Chipotle and this location has some of the best Carnitas, they let it sit in the juice to stay tender. Though carnitas has become a secondary citizen with the overcooked carne asada, hopefully it comes back to a full wide container soon.

That being said, the chips here are broken. They’re cooked for too long and have no salt or lime it seems on them. Disgusting. Need to fix it Chipotle. I used to buy chips and guac with all my meals and have forgone it after 3 times getting bad chips.

I've eaten at this chipotle many times, and their food quality is really inconsistent. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's practically inedible from heaps of salt on everything. They need to have better quality control. It's not worth gambling if your meal is edible or not.

Ordered from this location because my favorite place (Loqui) wasn’t delivering and I felt sick and needed comfort food. What I got was far from comforting! The bowl was less than half full when in the past they were overflowing! Parts of the bowl were COLD - not because they were delivered late - it came in 15min. No this was the rice was completely cold. The tortilla on the side was warm but it was hard and seemed old. I asked for corn salsa and there must have been 5 kernels of corn. Just bad overall. First time I ate her in years and last time too

Worst chipotle in LA. They genuinely don’t care - come in anytime in the evening and you’ll experience long lines, “out of XYZ”, and if you happen to come in within an hour of closing they’ll let you just stand there while employees eat or do delivery orders. Dirty as hell too.

The guy serving my bowl filled it up like the food was coming from him. I had to repeatedly tell him to please add more rice, beans, etc because his serving was ridiculous. Chipotle is already overpriced and now with their shrinkflation in effect, not worth it. The tables are also dirty so that’s another negative.

Bad mgmt and food is subpar now. It’s lukewarm at best and the grilled meat has been sitting there a while. Manager was too busy measuring those weak temps in each dish and proclaiming what they are out of. They boxed it up so bad that fluid soaked the paper bag and spilled on my shoe in way home on top! Four ppl were busy doing other stuff instead of ringing up the takeout.

I sent my daughter to get chipotle she walked like 30 min one way and 30 min back. To recieved a barbacoa bowl with the smallest portions ever. She asked for extra meat and had hardly any meat in it, a pinch of lettuce a pinch of beans. By far the worst chipotle ever, I have never been to a chipotle that Robs there customers.
