First time at crumbl and it was this store the employees weren’t really that friendly like they didn’t seem happy but they worked fine and the cookies were really good! Definitely my go to crumble store!
Could learn some customer service, bought six individually boxed cookies which is extra…spent nearly $30 and when I asked for a bag they had none. They made no effort to accommodate me, I asked if they had a larger box or a black bin liner I could use and despite clearly both being there the answer was No. not even tasted a cookie yet and this left a bitter taste in my mouth. Only suggestion was to go to the supermarket and buy one. I would even have bought a tote bag if...
Crumbl Cookies is amazing! Each cookie is perfectly baked—soft, warm, and so flavorful. The rotating flavors keep things exciting, and every visit feels like a treat. The presentation is beautiful too. Highly recommend for any cookie lover!
