Long lines but good service. The cinnamon roll & praline pecan flavors were great
its almost noon, 45 minutes after they were supposed to open but the door is closed and employees waiting outside because the manager didnt show up?
the employees were polite, which is surprising since i would be debating quitting
had to leave without buying anything

Manager apparently didn’t show up to unlock the store, leaving employees waiting outside??? Here we are an hour after the store was supposed to open, all waiting to be let in. I just want to buy a gift card omg 😭
I cant get over why I never feel comfortable at this Handles. The energy is way off and it feels unclean
Nice place to grab an ice cream. They have lots of options to choose from and you can turn it into a smoothie also. There are a few tables outside. Portions are huge so you can share.
