Delicious ice cream. The servings are large - a small scoop feels like 2 scoops. They have a cute outdoor area to sit but the interior is odd. Blaring bright lights in a commercial kitchen environment. Employees are dishing out ice cream in an assembly line fashion. It’s actually a very large shop set up to handle a large volume. Salty caramel truffle is my fave.

The service here is trash! No good customer service, the cashier not smiling just there! The ice cream servings are ridiculous for the cost! I been there 4 times and I will NEVER ?? go back! Each time I ordered a large cup 4 scoops but received the amount of a small cup told the cashier she didn’t tell the server so it happened again! The ice cream is always soft! The Bakersfield, CA location is the best! They give you what you pay for! This store is annoying and unfriendly! Never again

This place is so good, I'd say it's in my top 10 favorite ice cream places. There are so many flavors to choose from, and there's an option for everyone. It was a 10/10 experience, would definitely recommend taking the drive from Santa Monica pier to try this. (Get a small cone because that alone is three medium sized scoops)

Dietary restrictions: Not too many vegan options compared to the number of normal ice cream flavors.

This Culver City location was my first visit to Handel's. The vibes are strange. Tons of flavors, but they only offer one sample. It's handmade ice cream, with prices to match, but the inside feels like an aging Baskin-Robbins. The smallest scoop is pretty large with no kids size. You can't split flavors on the small, which is already larger than a single scoop. I've had delicious pints of Handel's before, but the scoop I got from this visit tasted icey and not creamy. There's better ice cream.Also, the TVs displaying the menu come under significant glare and describe the flavors in print too small to read.

Handel's ice cream us delicious anywhere you find it. I like this new location being convinced but the three times we've gone the service is terrible. The staff is rude and unapologetic about it. Decided to stick with the Manhattan Beach location.

This is a delicious handmade ice cream! The menu has a wonderful selection of flavors. Over 30 great flavors. If you like ice cream on a cone. They have cake cone, sugar cone and waffle cone! You also have the option to have your cone dipping in ? chocolate! The option to purchase a pint or a quarts is also available. They have Sorbets, Vegan option and Sherbets. I have a chunky ice cream sandwich. Their ice cream sandwich is in three different flavors. My server was positive with a smile. This location is clean and they have gender neutral bathrooms. Parking is a bit tight as there are several businesses in one location. This price is reasonable to the amount of serving of ice cream. Order online and it is ready for you when you arrive. Looking for a fundraiser….. consider Handel’s ice cream.?
