The lady at the drive through just now, 1-6-26 @ 6:29am was VERY rude. Could not understand my order that I get several times a week. Then she rolled her eyes at me because she couldn’t understand I want two coffees and one sandwhich, not two sandwhiches and two coffees. After that, she couldn’t understand “8 creamer and 8 sugar” in Spanish or English. Tried to give me 4 of each for a total of 8, then got upset again when corrected. Lastly, I was given no receipt for this transaction which would normally allow me to give a review with Jack in the box. She neglected to give me a receipt. This experience was wild. I’ll be stopping at another location on my 37 mile drive to work.

Everything was good but the customer service they wouldn’t try to help fix the problem and tryed to say I didn’t have money on my snaps card as if I didn’t check before going in she was completely ignored the fact that I said that it had money in it and I even showed her that it had money in it and she still said it’s not our machine like it was my fault.
