Guy that works there with the bleach blonde hair has the nastiest attitude definitely should Not! be working in customer service you can tell he is so miserable. You walk buy and smoke as you browse the menu and he looks up just to roll his eyes and give hate. Please get rid of him and you might have more business.

Omg! I just left the jamba here at the mall after shopping and the staff was so nice . Im not sure if the manager name is brianna or destiny but her and Taylor were a amazing and so helpful I ordered the wrong drink and they were will to remake it and made it perfectly will definitely becoming back to this location:) koodos to you all cheers

Most unprofessional Jamba Juice around. Never open on time and staffed with young people who do not want to be there and show it! Sad!

The two young ladies working there need to improve on their customer service skills. I walked in both were talking with an employee from hot dog on the stick about food, etc. I waited about 5 minutes or more when finally one of the ladies came to help me at register while the other lady continued to stand there and talk instead of preparing my drink. The cashier proceeded to make my drink without washing her hands after handling money. I asked her politely to wash her hands. Then other lady decides to pour my drink and put her hand on top of my lid without washing her hands either. My mother said something to me. I then asked young lady about washing her hands as well. She proceeds to tell me she did, but was standing there the entire time talking with her hand on her face and counter. Both ladies end up having a negative interaction with my mother. I will also call customer service to explain more in detail.

While at the Westfield mall in Culver City my daughter and I decided to get two Peanut Butter Moo'd smoothies and a green juice. It turned out that the juice machine was broken, we still decided to get the smoothies. After paying, we did not have to wait long for our smoothies. The employee brought our smoothies. My daughter carried our drinks while I put some stuff away. When I took a sip of my "smoothie" I realized there was no ice in either smoothie. They both tasted like room temperature plant based milk with peanut butter flavor, no blended ice whatsoever. It was upsetting to get absolutely the opposite of what a smoothie is supposed to be. Unfortunately, we had no time to go back to demand our money back. I could not drink it. My daughter ended it drinking it because she thought it was supposed to be like a chocolate milk with peanut butter flavor. I feel like we wasted our money.

The reviews are true. This location has the most abysmal customer service. I would urge the regional manager to come to this location and train the employees. These bad attitudes are bad for business. I can guarantee that I will never set foot in this location. The employee that made my smoothie today gave me the worst attitude when I asked her why it was so runny. Simple question and she just about lost it with the attitude. Thankfully the young nan that was also there remade it. He didn't say a word, just remade it. She wouldn't hand it over until she was done speaking her nonsense. The interaction was beyond unprofessional and of course she was not wearing her name badge and refused to tell me her name. I left feeling disappointed and just disgusted.

When I go here there always usually 1 person working the register and making the drinks by themselves.Literally feel bad for the people here. Incredibly short staffed, doesn’t look welcoming at all inside, and just messed up to have 1 person doing everything. Fix this, it’s not fair to them and it’s not fair for customers to wait so damn long for a drink because JAMBA JUICE won’t hire people.

I just left this place. I'm inside the mall and decided to get a banana berry smoothie. And the Hispanic dude behind the counter. He had to be at least 20. Tells me they are closed at 8:40pm. On one of the busiest days of the year. The day after Black Friday! Bad Business for sure!

The size of the handwich is kids size meals. Smaller than the size of an average adult palm. Tastes good. Good customer service. 5 stars for Dwayne!!

I got to Jamba Juice at 8:50pm and they were already closing down, needless to say they are supposed to be open till 9 PM so I was extremely dissatisfied and I could not get a smoothie
