The service was rough the wait was rougher. I don't normally drink from Jamba Juice and it's not a place I frequent but decided to stop by. For such an expensive smoothie and bad service I should have gone somewhere else.
This Jamba is very true to its reviews. The smoothies taste great, but the service can use a little tweaking. It is an awkward experience walking into an establishment and not being recognized as a customer. The employees were talking about their work schedules and personal things, but no attention was on the customers. Omg! I just left the jamba here at the mall after shopping and the staff was so nice . Im not sure if the manager name is brianna or destiny but her and Taylor were a amazing and so helpful I ordered the wrong drink and they were will to remake it and made it perfectly will definitely becoming back to this location:) koodos to you all cheers
