I have not actually visit this place, but I called to see about an order of chili cheese fries, and it's $16. You guys should really consider having a small order for people who don't eat as much for a cheaper price.
Very slow service and inconsiderate take out orders.

Leo didn’t melt my chocolate
The person who took my order was pleasant. The pastrami was a little salty. However, the cooks were very amicable. The three start rating, is due to the person who bagged my food and handed it to me. I thought she was curt. She threw my food in the bag and crumbled the top, then handed the bag of food to me. I’m sure she would not want to receive the same service she shelled out. ☺️

Above average fast food drive in Pastrami. Good portions, but a little pricey to go often. Don't get any fries or split the sandwich with one order of fries for 2 people.

It's unfortunate. Just bought a $16 cheeseburger that was burned to tastelessness! Nothing but a burger for that much money! I'm sick with it, you can't make a good FN burger?? Com'on guys! Really disgusting!

Great Atmosphere but the food was totally crap. That's worse than a Jersey Mike's pastrami. Nice for photos or films but terrible food

Restaurantji Recommends
Returned for a visit three weeks later because all I could think about was the sandwich. The staff was even more friendly and remembered me -- unfortunately the sandwich was not as tender or light as the first one, which will always be the standard.
On the server's recommendation I ordered the pastrami: WHAT A CHANGE from the old days! Vienna Beef, refined, delicious and not salty at all; delicious, pillowy bun and pickles are now included -- for $22 a sandwich they should. And got one that was filling for two meals instead of a half for 3/4 the price.
This is the only burger place we've been post-covid that has gotten SO much better! And a lot of the same staff was still there.
About zero wait for them to get my sandwich ready and packed to go even during the busiest of week-end lunch service.
(7 years ago) Wondered why the bun had no bite to it and the pastrami wasn't so salty and realized with the Special you get corned beef. $15 a sandwich!!! double the price since I was there last a few years ago. The place is charming... the service is friendly... but for these prices, I'll go to Langers anytime.
Parking: small, jumbled FREE back parking lot and drivers have patience

I paid $48 for two Reuben type sandwiches (they call it a different name I can't remember like Sam or something but it's basically a Reuben with coleslaw instead of sauerkraut). No drink no sides no nothing just two sandwiches 48 bucks 😮
If you like pastrami, then you need to try Johnnie's. Their pastrami dip sandwich is tender and tasty. The bread is not dipped like Philippe's double dip but that's okay by me. You get a small side of pickles 😋 and, if you're really hungry, get the fries 🍟 or onion 🌰 rings. Both very good also.
Parking is very tight. You might have to park on the street. Other than that, great place to go when you are in need of a good pastrami sandwich.
Enjoy!
