A solid, takeout New York style pizza location in the heart of Culver City’s Arts District. As mentioned they specialize in takeout, but they do have some indoor seating available as well. Parking in this area can be tricky during the evenings because it can get very busy however, we were able to find a metered street space a block away. There’s also a giant parking garage on the block west of this location which would be another easy option. Service was fast and everyone behind the counter was very polite. They obviously do custom pies, but we decided to do a few slices to go for national pizza day. It is a bit expensive compared to some other locations but you do receive quality food in return.We chose the Pepperoni, the Buffalo Chicken, and the White Pizza. All of them were very good and were a good size. They also have Italian ice cream with a lot of different flavors available, as well as subs and salads. Overall, I would say it’s a really good pizza option especially if you are in the area.Parking: metered street parking or pay parking garage

This is my favorite place to get a NY slice!The crust is so thin and crispy and the cheese is of course cheesy. When it's fresh out of the oven it's sooo good. My go to pizzas by the slice are the LaRocco, Buffalo Chicken, and the Whitestone! Excellent toppings all around.Also the service is usually pretty fast! It's a small restaurant so seating is a bit limited or crammed, but it adds to the charm. I especially love coming here on Mondays for their lunch special, 2 for $4.

Phat boy happy!The pies are excellent if you get it well done! Otherwise the crust is lack luster and flimsy.I would also cut the slices a bit bigger to get a good fold. But outside these small aesthetics, the pizza is one of the best tasting in Culver city.

Best pizza I have found in LA!! We moved here earlier in the year and we've been on a journey to find a pizza place that really stood out to us. (We are pizza connoisseurs in this household, you can trust my opinion) We tried many recommendations that everyone always seems to talk about, but none of them were IT. Something was always lacking in one way or another.But LaRocco's is a whole different story! Their pizza is SO SO GOOD. flavorful, perfecly cooked, it's got everything it needs. Highly recommend Their pepperoni pizza.Now I'm not saying they're perfect, here's some things we aren't fond of.- Their sausage pizza. The sausage is flat like pepperoni. Never had sausage like that, I'd much prefer the classic style sausage. I feel like you can barely tell theres sausage on it.- Their garlic bread, it's just your basic garlic bread you'd find in the freezer section at the grocery store. But by the time it gets to you it's just, not it.- The garlic knots were also very mid. They came kind of burnt, but even if they weren't, I wouldn't order them again.Some things that'd make this place literally perfect would be an improvement on the apps, and a couple additions to it as well. I'm talking mozzerella sticks, and some good garlic cheesy bread.If you're needing a good New York style pizza place, look no further, just give LaRocco's a try!
