Ribs were well seasoned and the mild and spicy sauces were loaded with delicious heat.

Our organization used them for an event just this past weekend. They were on time, professional and friendly. The Tri-tip as fantastic. You could taste the smoke, see the smoke ring and I heard several of our guests comment positively on the BBQ, When the opportunity arises, we will use them again and my family and I will be going to the restaurant! Santa Maria BBQ provided bbq catering to our corporate office and it was so good. The tri tip was tender with lots of flavor and the burnt ends were extremely flavorful with the rub and spices used. The chicken was also delicious as was the various sides including potato salad, baked beans, mixed vegetables and garlic bread. The added salsa gave the bread and tri tip an extra kick of flavor, but I would say it taste great without it too.
