I have a bad habit to go TJ and Starbucks. Just indulging. Outside patio is always occupied by same people. Do they live here? So do not use this location for studying or meeting with friends because there are no open tables for you.

The staff are friendly, fast, attentive and accurate. The store and surroundings are clean. It's in downtown Culver City next to two major studios so people watching is fun both in the restaurant and on the street.
