Reccomend going somewhere else. Waited 40 minutes for a bagel and asked 3x if my order was still coming up and they said yes. Turned out they just forgot it. Got a refund thankfully but was late to class
There has been several occasions where the employees have "forgotten" to complete my order while fulfilling the orders of patrons that place theirs after mine. The most recent time is hard to ignore as they had no problem completing the order of the person before me and three bagels for the family that ordered after I did. There is no excuse as the orders appear on the same screen for all guests. It is starting to feel like it is racially motivated at this point. I will not patronize...read full review

Their time management is horrible! Extremely inconsiderate, we don't come here to lounge. We have destinations... not sure why this place is still on campus, their ration ha are terrible. Also they don't deliver in order
