The helpers here are rude and can barely speak English. Just talk behind your back in Spanish and give you the worst customer service possible. Avoid this place.

Orderd a combo with my 91 year old Dad, we split the Coke but we did not order a refill the employee came at usScreaming that we were thieves, that we needed to pay for a second drink we also split the sandwiches that against the subway laws as well, I'm thinking about seeking legal counsel for the trauma to my dad this guy was brutal and should not be working here

I win today I get a 6 inch cock, a combo on white with chips and a drink. The total before tax came to $9 dollars and change, including tax 10 and change. I handed the guy a $20 bill. He proceeds to give me back a dollar and change.. I said excuse me I gave you a $20 bill. I had to say it twice before he realize that he owed me at nine dollars and change and he also had to have someone come over and help them adjust the register so that he could give me the correct change.. and if you're going to work in a fast food restaurant, whether it's Subway McDonald's, Burger King Wendy's, In-N-Out, any of the fast food restaurants and you're going to work the register and take peoples orders. You need to learn how to gift that change correctly have them train you ask questions if you're not sure what you're doing.. otherwise don't bother working at a fast food restaurant and then on top of it all the sandwich that I got with the bread that I wanted was stale, it was not as fresh as it usually is

I read the reviews about this place and was really afraid to go but I gave a try and was shocked how good was that. Very tasty food, best customer service and pretty friendly staff.

One of the female employees made me feel uncomfortable. She was being nice to me, but she was giving my bf a really dirty look as if he's done something wrong only after he said he didn't want something on the sandwich.

There's something about the workers in this particular subway, like they're ready to talk about you as soon as you leave, you can guess it's not nice things. Food is alright, although for a subway is below average. Only good thing about this place is the Italian bmt and the strawberry Fanta.

Hands down prob one of the best worst subways I've been to tbh, I'd give this 0 stars if I could. Usually I give some leeway if either the food or customer service is good, but both disgusted me: Customer service (0/5): No greeting, as soon as I walked in the guy went to the back and proceeded to start clean up at 7pm while the lady looked annoyed someone actually came in. I had to say my order multiple times and she responded with an aggressive voice/attitude. She rolled her eyes at me and honestly I was ready to just walk out but still hungry at the same time. Cleanliness (0/5): While the lady helped me, she leaned over my sandwich to reach the vegetables instead of simply just move it over to the freaking side and her shirt smoothed over my sandwich. LITERALLY WHAT KIND OF PERSON DOES THAT? She the. proceeded to fix her mask and touch the register with the same gloves used to prep my sandwich Pricing (0/5): Was charged more on the receipt than the store menu and the lady did not honor my subway deal either. Food: Disgusting, the vegetables looked old, bread stale, and unclean. Pls avoid this place at all costs and just go to Ike's next door. It's not at all worth it despite whatever convenience it may serve you.

Customer service is always poor. Have to repeat my order at least 3 times consistently. Don't walk in without a mask. They like complying with LA County's BS mandates.
