A new favorite of mine in Culver City. They have a seasonal menu and source foods locally. Entering, you have a choice of seating at tables, tall tops, or simply at the bar. I enjoyed the roasted cauliflower appetizer. What made this special for me was the barbecue sauce! I shared the wild salmon with a butternut squash and white corn kernels with my friend, so that we could share the steak with mushrooms. My favorite of the two were the tasty slices of steak. Been there twice. Love the place. Love getting to see food being prepared right under your eyes. The portions are pretty small though if you go there starving. Just wish they would put some bread on the table to make up for that and extend their dessert choices.
