Apple Green Bistro is a vibrant dining destination in Cupertino that truly captures the essence of Szechuan cuisine. It's become a favorite of many of my friends, and after trying their chilli fish, I completely understand why! The dish was absolutely huge, served in a large oval bowl, and packed with flavor.
