This may be my last time here. We waited about 1 1/2 almost 2 hours to get the main food service going. (Even with reservations, had to wait 10 mins, then about 15 mins until our server came, he tried to sell us on some sort of club, took another 15 mins to get the soup, then another 10 to get our water and drinks, then another 15-20 for the salad....) I saw 2 other seats go through the entire process before we got to our chef. I had to seek out the manager, finally to see what...
40 minutes waiting at our table with no service. The other diner went to complain at the front desk and we finally had a server. She apologized but the lack of service continued throughout our dinner. On the way out we spoke to the Manager and shared our experience.
Great experience! The staff was super friendly and attentive, Millaray & Mariano were amazing throughout this whole experience! Millaray was knowledgeable about the menu and explained the menu options perfectly.
