Good coffee. Unwelcoming barista. Makes it a bad experience. I gave them a try after about 6 months and the vibe remained the same.
Last time was “you crashed my system”. This time was “put the menu back in the front” and “we serve drip coffee without milk”.
I’m sorry for wanting to look at the menu and knowing what drip coffee means.

Tried the sesame latte here—smooth, nutty, not too sweet. Chill vibe and plenty of outlets. Prices are a bit high but overall good spot to zone out or get some work done.

I come for my morning coffee whenever I’m in the area. Lots of reviews here mentioning cold service, and they’re not wrong. So that should tell you how good the coffee is, because I aint no sucker for punishment but I keep coming back. All that energy barista dan saves by not working his smile muscles, gets put into making the best microfoam (alternative and dairy milk) south of 280.
At this point the customer service is an expected part of my bittersweet experience and I look forward to it almost as much as the most consistently velvety espresso drink I can get my hands on in the south bay.

They were kind enough to add more matcha powder but it was just not good. The service was great but their matcha was poor quality and pale! Disappointed :/

Just wanted a black hot coffee and the barista behind the counter got angry I didn't want to try anything with more sweetener inside... who thought this would make someone so angry?

I had a horrible experience, first of all the cashier was extremely rude. I used apple pay but i didn't realize that they didn't accept it. And the the server said, " whatever you used crashed my system" in a snappy annoyed voice. Then, i tried the croissant and it was completely stale.
