I visited the tea-tasting section and learned about their trademarked tea-espresso machine and the impressive variety of teas they offer. Nick was incredibly friendly and taught us about the ideal brewing times, tea quantities, and water ratios to make each drink. Highly recommend it to anyone interested in learning about High Mountain tea!

Had a very good tea tasting experience with Nick as our guide. We were walked through all the different tea roasts and the best ways to enjoy the tea. We were able to pick which tea to try and all of our questions were answered. Would highly recommend trying the tea tasting if you get a chance.

Lucas is nice guy

I’ve been going here for a while now since my friend recommended it and this place is the best in terms of consistent quality. My favorite is usually the osmanthus oolong- which has a little more of a floral flavor profile than smoky. But today I decided to walk here since it’s only 5 min away from my work, and I got invited to a tasting tour by Lucas. It was a fun, free experience that showed me more in depth about how the leaves are cultivated, curated and roasted. Lucas was very knowledgeable, and a good representation of the Chi Cha brand- people who pay fine detail to their craft! Would not only recommend the drinks but also the tour to all my friends and fam.

Got the Green Tea passion fruit and Black tea with cream for my husband. The teas are good and tasty. I would come back if there was no line or not busy. I don't think it's worth waiting in line for it. There are other tea places that taste the same or better.
