Love the way noodleosophy make fresh noodles. You will get one fresh raw ramen noodle and one fresh raw Biang Biang Noodle. Please make sure to put it in refrigerator and cook 3~5 minutes before serve. Expire after two days!

I love the food here . My favorite is chives pocket . It is juicy inside crispy outside and better than the ones I had at other restaurants. The donkey rolling is also very delicious with awesome texture flavor and not too sweet . It is an innovation from the traditional Beijing dessert which tasted better than the one I had in Beijing . I highly recommend the food here!

Eating here is interesting, arrived at a dead hour, the service was good and welcoming, got nice full size samples and greeted cheerfully. The food is very filling and big amounts, good value, but getting dine in was a bit dicey, since sime items are prepared at the moment and others are already made, the warmth of the food is variable. Some dishes are exactly perfect others are unique in flavors that are welcoming and sone were out too long so they were a bit cold.
