Love the way noodleosophy make fresh noodles. You will get one fresh raw ramen noodle and one fresh raw Biang Biang Noodle. Please make sure to put it in refrigerator and cook 3~5 minutes before serve. Expire after two days!

I ordered Pork Roujiamo, Pork Scallion Bun and frozen wonton. Although Roujiamo is pretty mediocre, their buns are one of the best I have ever had in the Bay Area. I've been trying to find good pork bun in the area for years and this place is so far the best. The bun filling is so savory, juicy and rich in flavor, pretty typical northern Chinese style. Would definitely come again!

I tried the beef roujiamo and the chicken roujiamo. Beef one was really good, really hit the spot. The chicken one is a little dry, the seasoning is like what you would get on Chinese skewers. Looking forward to going back and trying some other things.

The pickled fish fillets and chicken stewed with hazelnut mushrooms are large portions. The kelp in the set meal is delicious with minced garlic. The egg drop soup is also delicious, but a bit salty.
