Dough Zone was great for a late dinner. The service was extremely fast (we waited less than a minute for a cold dish and got out of the restaurant within 30m) and the food was good. And best of all, the prices are extremely affordable. Many filling items are under $10 and parking is free. Would recommend!

If You Enjoy Noise, This Restaurant Is Perfect for You.!!!!

Unfortunately, my experience was very unpleasant. I arrived at the worst possible time and ran into a busboy who seemed upset with his job, like he had a bad day or simply hated being there. He was cleaning the tables by slamming plates down, tossing glasses and silverware around—it was nonstop noise. My ears were ringing from the loud clatter, and I couldn’t enjoy my meal.

The food wasn’t bad; in fact, it was pretty good and reasonably priced. The place looks nice, modern, and has potential. But the experience was so noisy and stressful that I have no intention of coming back. They didn’t even bring us water—we had to ask for it twice.

I’m not writing this review out of bad intentions. On the contrary, I hope it serves as feedback to improve the service. I came here because the restaurant next door had a long waitlist, and I decided to give this place a chance. But those 30 minutes trying to eat in peace felt endless due to the chaos. I really hope management takes these kinds of comments seriously, because this restaurant could be much better if they just paid attention to these basic details about service and atmosphere.

I inhaled my sesame noodles and pork soup dumplings so quickly I couldn't even get a picture lol. Waitresses were super nice, and the food is delicious

Very bad service by Server Meng. He forgot to add 2 orders of xiang long bao and blamed the kitchen staff while we kept waiting and waiting. We had to let another server know that ojr items hadn't arrived yet. Chicken xiong long bao went out of stock at peak time 7:30 pm.

We have been visiting this branch for the last three years now but better dumpling spots have opened up around the bay to keep going to this one. Disappointed and I won't be back.

My family and I visited Dough Zone on a Friday afternoon around 1 PM. Since it was a weekday, it wasn’t too busy, creating a relaxed vibe for our lunch. We ordered all three lunch specials (A, B, and C), which included drinks, and we all got the ube drink. We also added a ramen dish to share. Ordering via the QR code on the table was quick and easy, and the food arrived fast. The dumplings in the lunch specials were juicy and flavorful, perfect for satisfying our dumpling craving. The ube drinks were a fun, refreshing touch. However, the ramen was mediocre, lacking the bold flavors we hoped for compared to the dumplings. The service was efficient, and the atmosphere was cozy and casual, great for a family meal. The lunch specials were reasonably priced for the portion sizes, but don’t expect a high-end experience. Overall, Dough Zone is a decent spot if you’re in the mood for dumplings. I’d give it 3.5/5 stars and would return for the dumplings and lunch specials, though I’d skip the ramen next time.

Came here with my family. Food is good except the chive pancakes. Service is okay but could be better

Very good food. Excellent service, the staff found my wallet and drive all the way to my house to return it. Really appreciated.

Lotsa of big flavors and spice makes everything nice. Hidden gem for sure. Rating should be higher. Try dan dan, five spice beef shank and any wontons in chili sauce. OmG. Affordable also.

Visited Dough Zone on Christmas, and it didn’t disappoint! The restaurant was open and welcoming during the holiday, which was a pleasant surprise. The pork dumplings in chili sauce were absolutely fantastic – the perfect balance of heat and flavor.
Highly recommend Dough Zone, especially if you're craving authentic dumplings during the holidays!
