Went in at 720am to place an order for breakfast. Was told by someone working there that the chef isn’t there yet and that the wait time for the order could be 45-60mins. Walked out. How can you not have the chef in on time and lose customers for an hour in the morning?

Ordered WITH THE CASHIER, were.laterr informed.order was.different tpo what it had seemed like we payed, got 2 drinks despite being told.we had only.ordered for one person, then after serving many customers in front of it had the audacity to tell us that they were.put of chicken, and offer a change of item, only.when that arrived.di we even discover that they said we had only purchased one sandwich, absolutely unacceptable service.

Worst place ever. Spent $65, gave us food in a jar for that money that didn’t look like food at all. Then after complaining gave another food that didn’t look like in picture…. And for that much money everything comes in a to go cup and to go box, that’s a shame. I definitely would not come here again and would not recommend it to anyone !!!!!!

They sell tasty thick cut bacon breakfast sandwiches. I love the side chic sandwich. They have good coffees as well. The service is slow but good. Need to park in public parking garage.

Service was incredibly slow and unhelpful, food took 20+ minutes to come out, and then it was cold and the bun on the egg sandwich was really really soggy like it had been sitting for quite some time.
Only two stars (instead on one) because the breakfast burger was still decent despite being cold and they had a little bit of outdoor seating.

I was skeptical because of the mixed reviews, but this spot was great! My husband and I went on a Saturday morning—parking downtown is limited, but we found a nearby garage that ended up being free. Ordering was quick and easy through the kiosk. I got the Scramble and a Dirty Rose Latte (delicious with a strong rose flavor), while my husband had the Ultimate Scramble and a latte (just okay). We shared tater tots, which were salty but tasty and came in a huge portion. Both sandwiches were fantastic—big, filling, and flavorful. They forgot one of our add-ons at first, but fixed it right away. We left full and happy, and we’ll definitely be back!

Impersonal service and alienating kiosk ordering.
Atmosphere and cleanliness middling. Tables were sticky. Even if you dine in you'll just get everything in disposable trash. No nice mug to sip from. Not a great sit-down experience.
Would be a great spot, the food and coffee are good if expensive. But the service and atmosphere are very meh to bad. Don't think I'll come back.

The menu looked great - the food preparation took 17 minutes and two out of our three orders were incorrect. In my opinion the restaurant is not busy at 9:47 on a Saturday morning. I have not rated the food as I have not received it yet.
Update: We had not yet received our order when I wrote the initial review - they did correct our order and the food was delicious.
