Overall I thought the place was good. I had The Scramble and a coffee. The sandwich was really tasty and the coffee was great.
They use a digital system to order, but what I found strange was they had an employee that was at the counter and walking around, but they never greeted me or helped me get napkins, utensils or anything. They simply dropped off my coffee and then the sandwich. That part seemed a little strange.
The restaurant is nicely appointed otherwise. There were no tables outside, maybe because it was on the colder side.
I would recommend this place based on the delicious sandwich. Just don't expect any service unless you ask for it directly.

I had a The Chic sandwich, and I love it!
The Taiwanese spiced chicken is so good and it is dark meat! Best chicken sandwich I ever had in town!
If you like Taiwanese flavor, please give it a try.
I also had a Match coffee latte. It tastes great too.
The wait was ok about 20 minutes.

Decently fast service despite being very busy. Tasty eggs and nicely roasted brioche buns. Crispy tater tots. Their tea selection is amazing. Love the strawberry matcha tea!
Will go again for sure.

Kudos to the staff working hard to serve the long line of Turkey Trotters on Thanksgiving Day!

Coffee with sandwich is $15 plus. Table inside was not very clean. House coffee wasn’t hot. Why? Won’t return

This place is tasty, but they consistently take 20 minutes to make fries. What am I going to do with fries that come out 12 minutes after my sandwich?

Food was tasty, but the tables were sticky…the laminate was coming off (cheap finish) which was gross.

The Scramble, best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. Ever.
Since the Egghead Cupertino location closed, my wife and I visited the downtown spot for the first time in two years. We arrived around 9 a.m. on a Saturday. There’s no parking lot, but luckily we found street parking. Inside, ordering is done through a self-service kiosk, with no staff at the front.
Service was slow and confusing. I received a text that our order was ready after 3 minutes, but it actually took over 20 minutes, and other customers who ordered after us got their food first. When we finally received ours, it was room temperature and tasted far from fresh. The staff didn’t seem engaged (their souls looked dead), and the atmosphere was uninviting. I'd take my food to-go next time.
Food ratings:
- The . Cold, cheese not melted, eggs not soft. The bun was good, but cold.
- Hawaiian Morning: 3.5/5. Great spam flavor, but sloppy sandwich and not enough egg wash on the bun.
- House coffee: 5/5. Unexpectedly, the hot coffee was great while we waited.
Overall, 2/5. I would not return to this location.

The overall experience and food was disappointing. Waited 20min for stale, cold fries that tasted awful and had to change my order to go because people were smoking weed outside. I had heard good things about this place so we were definitely disappointed and won’t be coming back.

This chain has good locations, but this is not one of them. The food came out cold and didn't come with what the menu said it had. I asked for a glass of water and the kid at the front said "the water dispenser is broken." I asked what they drank and he said "I don't know."
Not worth $5 much less $15.
