My wife and I have been dining at GoChi for over 17 years, and myself since 2003. I've seen GoChi evolve quite a bit — particularly in the last six years, where the overall vibe and clientele has changed noticeably. It had been a few years since we had been here. The service was a little lacking. After taking us to our table, it took about 15 minutes for someone to come back. The food was good, but not as tasty as we remembered it from previous visits. I do appreciate that they have a vegetarian menu.
This restaurant is so fun, with traditional Japanese seating but a wide variety of fusion Japanese food served tapas style. Really enjoyed the delicious food and the friendly service. Definitely a unique culinary experience that I would recommend.
