The ramen was good. You should expect 30 minutes of waiting time around lunch or dinner. My guests and I were intrigued when they had a 20% mandatory tip to bring 2 bowls of ramen to our table and dissappear. We don't mind tipping, and we usually tip 18% for good service, but this feels forced hahaha
I had an amazing meal at HiroNori Craft Ramen! The ramen was rich and flavorful — probably one of the best I’ve had in the Bay Area. The chashu was perfectly tender, the broth was deep and satisfying, and the noodles had great texture.
Special shoutout to our server, Ely — he was super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better.

Good service throughout with great portion of food.
The Shoyu ramen chicken broth is same as described.
We also ordered Tonkotsu Ramen, which is good with the garlic puree.
