This place is so yummy and a hit no matter who you come with.

My favorite to order in order is
1) sweet and sour fried fish
2) sauteed eggplant with fish flavor (idk why it's so good here)
3) house special fish
4) Brown sugar cakes

Everything is good but those are my favorite go to.

The staff are so friendly and kind as well. It's my go to family style restaurant.

Parking: Right in front of the restaurant there's plenty of free parking. I've never had trouble parking here even at peak dinner time on a Saturday night

Had a great experience here. I enjoyed the service here very much. The staffs were all very friendly, which a big plus. It’s so nice to see staffs actually care about their customers.

I ordered the fresh grilled fish and some add-on. The staff mentioned that we should let the fish cooked for a while first to enhance the flavor. I agreed with the tips. The food flavor was mild at first, but the flavor got better and better if you let it cook for another 10 minutes or so. I actually appreciated that so I don’t have to drink a lot of water to balance it out.

So it was a good dinner, will come back if I am around.

Their food is outrageously overpriced. 100 total for a small fish, which is ridiculous. They also explicitly ask customers to give good reviews, which is cheating. Don’t go there.

What a great meal! Kind and caring owners make this a wonderful cafe. The broth/ poaching liquid for the fish is sooo ? delicious. And the fish was wonderful. Even the udon noodles and the rice were cooked to perfection.

The grilled fresh fish is highly recommended! (And more than enough for two people). The udon noodle also went well with the fish!
I don’t usually eat the fish skin but this one was amazing. The plum juice is also good and refreshing.
Tastes like local Chinese restaurant.

Very delicious! I picked the live fish, very fresh and tender. The amount of side dishes is decent, you will have to wait till it boiled for 3-5 mins then eat. The owner is super nice, smile the whole time. Overall pretty good, definitely will comeback.

Quite disappointed. The renovation didn’t get updated from previous restaurant北京食府， it doesn’t fit for a grilled fish restaurant.

The fish is mediocre, small and expensive, with a slight earthy and fishy taste. The fire burns out quickly, and the seasoning is somewhat salty.

The chopsticks and cups have a strong detergent smell, as if the soap wasn’t rinsed off properly. The intense odor is quite off-putting and makes one feel nauseous.
