I visited I Heart Bento for a dine-in experience and ordered the chicken teriyaki bento, takoyaki, and an Oi Ocha drink. The lady at the counter was very polite, which I appreciated. While the service was friendly, I was somewhat disappointed with the food. It seemed that most of the options were frozen products from an Asian store / or such equivalent quality that were simply heated up and served. You could absolutely tell that it’s family oriented the elderly couple cooking were absolutely engaged with me friendly and very accommodating loved it the food is absolutely great… Definitely
