We arrived at 9:20pm (closing in less than an hour) and the two guys (i think one was named nic, but i didn't catch the others') working were going through orders so quickly without missing a beat! They had so many DoorDash orders as well as in store orders. They had a perfect system and were really nice at pausing to clarify when people asked for specific adjustments. I've never had this pleasant of an experience at an icicles. These guys are rad and this location is lucky to have them.

I am not a fan of rolled ice cream in the first place - it feels more icy, less creamy than normal ice cream, is harder to eat, and is ridiculously overpriced. Plus it feels like you get less in a given cup, since there is so much space between the rolls. However, this Icicles location is particularly not worth the time or money. It is small to begin with - only about one table and one bench, so if more than two groups are there, you cannot eat inside. The seating they do have is cramped, the lighting is harsh, and it is genuinely not an environment I would want to spend any significant amount of time in. There is only one ordering kiosk, which slows down the ordering process, and since the employees don't manually take any orders, it is hard to ask questions or clarify what you wanted to order. I give two starts instead of one because the unlimited toppings are nice, and I can understand how I may just not be their target audience - the visual of getting to watch your ice cream be rolled in front of you may be worth the cost for some people. I just happen to find it a bit gimmicky. Overall I would not recommend Icicles to anyone, I think you can get just as good if not better of an experience, with better quality ice cream, and for cheaper, from literally any nearby Cold Stone or local ice cream shop.

BRRRR! Oh my god the fudge it up ice cream was absolutely delicious! The ice cream was so creamy and the texture was wonderful! There were Oreo bits which made it super crunchy. I love how you could add as many toppings as you wanted which made it worth your while! The service is amazing as you can see your rolled ice cream being made. It was an extremely unique bite! The ambiance was also amazing! Overall I definitely reccomend it is on the pricier end, but I would still give it a try!

the person skipped my order and called my name for someone elses order i told him it was not my order and asked if he can remake it, he told me he cant make it until he finishes all the orders after me ended up remaking the same wrong order then made mine and said it was because the orders had the same name (ronald vs my name)

i come here on a consistent basis at least 1x/week usually more. i have tried every workers ice cream exact same flavor every time. it is always super great but one guy who is tall and works at night makes it the BEST! he knows exactly how many oreos to put and makes it perfect texture. But i've always had great experiences here all the workers are very friendly and i have never had to wait in a line. much better than location in mountain view & san jose

This review is only about the cleanliness. They do NOT wipe down the tables, chairs & benches here. There were dried ice cream drops everywhere. We came here after lunch so some of those drops must have been from the day before. I tried to wipe them off but they were very dried! They also need to refill the napkins as there weren't enough when we wiped down the wet ice cream from the tables.

Customer service is absolutely amazing! Lee helped us out 5 minutes before closing and was eager and happy to help us. He greeted us with a welcoming smile and has so much positive energy. This was my first time having ice cream rolls and it was perfect! I don't eat dairy, and they had so many nondairy options! It's not too sweet and the texture is absolutely perfect. It was so good, I came back the following day for more!!! My new addiction! Thanks Lee for being so kind to us and for taking the time to make our time pleasurable!
