Can tell they just opened. Great location.I enjoyed the heiniken beer 0 percent concoction. It is one the most unique Boba teas I've had. Has a smooth taste.

Seating is fine. Windows are old prefer to have none as all you get is outside noise.
parking lot is okay...friend used the bathroom no complaints.

My drink tastes like sweet iced Lipton tea with boba. Very odd. Boba is not your typical tapioca boba. It’s like those mochi topping you put on the frozen yogurt. Not bouncy but chewy.
I usually get 50% sugar at all boba shops, but their 50% is too sweet imo. Can’t imagine how sweet 100% would be.

I got the green tea, 0% sugar and brown sugar boba. It was very refreshing on a hot day.

The boba have a nice chew and lightly sweet, not super sweet like other places. It's also a golden color rather than black.

I tried the pineapple black tea as well. The fruit jam was nice and had bits of pineapple on it but it was overall stronger on the sweet side and didn't taste the black tea as much. Also, make sure to turn it upside...
