Staff was friendly enough and did their jobs. The type of guests that were there when we were there made the stay nice. Guests were quiet at night so had no issues sleeping there. I would stay here again. This place is walking distance to some japanese udon chain that was pretty good and next to a vietnamese restaurant that served served noodles with beef ribs at a lower price on weekdays (lower than the hood).

Their website and Google say it’s open. But in reality it’s closed like a 3-lock box.Owner, please change the info

Five stars to the Juniper Hotel for our Aug 2023 weekend stay for a wedding at the hotel: the desk staff were all excellent and friendly, the hotel is dog friendly, the parking is free, and the centralized location is safe and many eateries are a pleasant walk close by. I would give our room 4 stars simply because it was adequate and comfortable enough for a weekend visit. The bed was wonderful, the room was pretty clean, the view on our 7th floor room was unspectacular (an adjacent office building’s windows), the gym was small, and the free wifi would drop.

New additions to menu. I had ribeye with fettuccine. Steak was wonderful. Superbly cooked to my request, and their caesar salad is second to the best (my own?). P.S. Still wish you would bring back pan-seared scallops...? Thanks for being in Lakeport.❤️

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Glenn, at the bell stand, greeted everyone with a smile and was helpful when I needed it. Dave, at the Parkview Bar in the evening, makes a really great Basil Gimlet. Don’t let the basil deter you from ordering this drink. You will be pleasantly surprised. While there, the Korean steak bites are another must get.

Hotel was a little tricky to find, but easy once we entered the address in GPS. Great price for a long weekly night stay. Friendly staff. Very clean room. Bathtub/shower showed a bit of age, but we’re clean and worked great. Nice amenities - large pump bottles of shampoo etc. Beds and pillows were very comfy. Definitely will look to stay again when I’m in the area.

Helpful, friendly staff. Clean, spacious rooms. Close to a bunch of great eateries. And close to the airport. I would have tried the on site restaurant but was put off by the reviews of overpriced, small portions. Looking forward to my next visit.

Rooms are very noisy, Hotel personal unfriendly and never book a rate that includes breakfast. If you are tired and look for a quite place to rest, don’t book this hotel! You get a 20$ voucher that doesn’t cover the cost. One of my worst hotel experIences in the US.

Beware of this hotel if you drive a nice vehicle. Certain people are casing and targeting the parking garage, there's no camera surveillance and security is pretty lax. My vehicle window was broken only an hour after I had arrived per the police report. Took hotel management months to get back to me and even longer for the insurance to deny the claim. The rooms are decent and the front desk was more than helpful to assist me with the ordeal.

The Juniper is a lovely hotel, with a very friendly staff and decent restaurant. The room was very quiet despite facing a busy street. Great enclosed parking included in the room price, which was way lower than expected. We will stay here again when in the Silicon Valley area.

I am a Hilton diamond member. Been one for 10+ years The Juniper stay, specially the checkout experience, made the overall experience by far my worst-ever Hilton stay. 1. Their wifi drops every ~30 minutes. If you are here on business travel and plan to take a few zoom calls from the room, prepared to use your data plan 2. The restaurant, which the hotel pushes, is run by what appears a chef of the same skills as an intern at a culinary school. That is OK. We gotta give kids a chance. However, when you end up getting charged $30 for a burger that tastes of candy, you gotta scratch your head 3. The reason for my post in the bait-and-switch techniques used by the hotel staff. I booked my hotel NOT through hilton.com, but the checkin told me that I had $30/day credit to spend in the hotel, and ENCOURAGED me to spend it. When it was time to checkout, they said that given. did not book directly the credit does not count. I was there for 6 days. It's not the $$s, but the whole stink of a corrupt office at Juniper which finally made me take the effort to post this review

This is the best hotel to stay in the whole of South Bay Area including Cupertino, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Palo Alto and San Jose. I have been so impressed with the service of all the employees and specifically Madison as she not only helped me at the front desk but I saw that she was prompt to answer my questions and provide appropriate response through the Hilton Honors App too. The Hilton brand experience is also amazing at this place and all the amenities are to the point like Parking, Restaurant, Fitness Centre etc.

Love going here for the great drinks especially great happy hour pricing. Need to up their game on on the small pates for HH. HEALTHIER choices, better balance if choices like they used to. Love the heated patio lounge seating. Wish the inside was more comfy and intimate. It's more cafeteria feeling. Needs booth seating And more. It's usually too cold inside. Dinner menu food is good. Edmon is great making his drinks. But they do need to serve drinks with napkins.

I am very disappointed with the service. There were so many things went wrong at dinner when they charged premium for 3-course meals during Valentines day! Here to name a few: Firstly, host tried to seat us at the outdoor lounge area for a 3-course dinner. The lounge table and sits are much lower than a standard dinner table height. Then we requested to move inside and got seated at a communal table for Valentines day. I totally didn't expect to share table with someone else especially we had a dinner reservation. Secondly, we waited almost 30mins and no server came by. Later we found out that bartender was too busy making cocktails and no times to serve tables that assigned to him. I think manager should help out in such situation but nothing happened. We literally had to beg to get the bartender attention. After bartender took the orders, it took about 30 mins for them to serve first appetizer and it was a wrong order. At the time, we couldn't even get our bartender's attention because he was too busy at the bar. Then it took another 30 mins for them to serve me a main course while my date had to continue waiting for his meal . After another long wait, he finally got his main course but the side dish was missing . We had no choice and started to eat m. Also, my steak already turned cold. To give you an idea, we arrived the restaurant at 7:15PM and main course was served at 9PM. This is how bad it is! The missing side dish finally arrived when we almost finished our meals Personally, i don't think the bartender should take all blames. I hope the management can give more proper training to the manager and all staff. However, this is my first and also the last time to visit the restaurant. Sorry, I won't be coming back anytime soon.
