Feedback. Servers please wash hands after you change the garbage. Today, I witness a server who didn’t wash his hands after he changed the garbage can. - then holding the top of a drink to place on the counter. Not cool.

must have come at an extremely busy time of day—even though there were about 5 people working, it took about 15 minutes to order and be served. The wait was worthwhile, though, because the food and drink were delicious as usual. Had the chicken and waffles sandwich and tried the seasonal pumpkin latte :)

Hopefully I'm reviewing the correct Peet's - I had a gift card and never go to peet's coffee but decided to go to this location. I was helped by Bruce and he's the reason why I'm writing this review. He was so incredibly kind and made me feel welcome right away. After I told him my drink order he went out of his way to tell me what is in the coffee to make sure I was okay with everything. He even asked if I wanted to adjust the syrup amount - never in my life has a barista asked me this before but it made me feel so well cared for. The coffee was great but I would absolutely go back to this location just to see Bruce again, thank you for putting a smile on my face and brightening my day. :)
