I always place my orders online before arriving because I deliver and don’t have time to wait. I understand this is a busy location on certain days, but today I had to wait 30 minutes, which is far too long. By the time my order was ready, I didn’t even want my drink anymore.
On top of that, they didn’t have honey available. When I waited in line to ask the employee at the front, he told me it was at the condiments counter—but I had already checked, and there was none there.
This experience was frustrating and disappointing.

must have come at an extremely busy time of day—even though there were about 5 people working, it took about 15 minutes to order and be served. The wait was worthwhile, though, because the food and drink were delicious as usual. Had the chicken and waffles sandwich and tried the seasonal pumpkin latte :)
