Good food. Friendly service. Clean establishment. I personally don’t have problems with the automatic 18% tip. There is no expectation to tip on top of that, and I always leave in that range anyways. Having worked at Vietnamese restaurants in the past and witnessed many customers leaving zero to minimal tip, I understand where the restaurant is coming from.

Pho Ha Noi is an amazing place to get great Vietnamese food, with helpful service and flavorful dishes. I usually order chicken breast pho, which always tastes delicious and isn't too hot. In addition, I really enjoy the crispy rice, which has good flavor and texture. The waiters and staff are always kind and provide good service. I highly recommend!

Parking lot is packed by non restaurant goers. It took me a while to find a space. Ordered pho takeout from their website and it said 15 minutes until order was ready. Picked up 17 minutes after order placed. Pho was cold. Also, It was served in a smaller plastic bowl that only fit 1/3 of the broth, so only a partial dish with noodle and meat ratios so high to broth. Had to microwave and split into two bowls. Service was good and the atmosphere looked nice. Too bad for a poor...
