Great food and fast service with the food coming out within 10 minutes. Prices are on the higher side, but there are large and good portions. The best dish is the eggplant which was quite flavorful. Watch out since many of the dishes are a little greasy.

I didn’t rate their service cause there’s no service here. Not to mention that they ask us for more tips which is BS.

Staff is not good talk to me rudely

Food was good, however staff has a big attitude! Was doing pickup and asked about the price of one dish cuz there was no price next to the picture and she acted very impatient and asked me to check myself in the menu and said that staff doesn’t need to remember the price on the menu. I was like: are you serious?

Then when we picked up the food we asked if we can get chopsticks, she got mad again and said why didn’t we mention it during ordering.

Will never visit this restaurant again.

When we ran out of the scallions and hoisin sauce for the $90 Peking duck, we were asked to pay more money. What an insult!

Delicious food and great service

Terrible don't come here our appetizer was served cold like it just came out the fridge and food came out screaming hot . Service was bad. I would avoid this place. My appetizer was duck and it was the worst duck I have ever had.

If you want to split the bill, you could avoid this place! The waitress said she never split bills which is really surprising me($90 bill). Fish does not smell fresh, covered with heavy source!

I really enjoy the Shanghai cuisine from this place, especially their Shanghai fried rice. In the evenings, they can get a bit busy, so I prefer to call in and order for pickup to save time waiting.

You definitely need to try their Xiao Long Bao. Highly recommended!

Food was delicious and authentic, service was friendly and quick! Prices typical for Cupertino. We ordered the shenzen bao, rice cakes with shredded pork and bbq spare ribs. Excellent experience!

The boss lady and the waiter are both from Shanghai, and they are so smart that it's disgusting! This is reflected in: chasing after you to give you the upper limit of consumption at checkout. If you don't give 20%, I will give you a blank look and look disgusted.

Horrible service, they don’t speak English, not an authentic Chinese food, very greedy people, not recomendable, if you call them they will let you on the phone for long period of time with help at all
