Been coming to this Starbucks because it's literally right next to me. Been coming here for the past 2+ years now. I've seen staff come and go. I think it's probably because they may be students. Not exactly sure but I know a lot of people hate on this location. Not because the drinks are bad or anything but the wait times during certain hours are horrendous. I've been in that line plenty. As someone who worked in food service I'm shocked they have milk sitting on the counters for people to use. They aren't labeled, they are in containers to keep them cold. This is a health hazard. I don't care how busy it is, milk needs to be kept in containers to keep them cold/from spoiling.

I ordered on the mobile app for pickup in store. Usually, for other chains it can take 5-10 minutes for the order to be ready, but otherwise the estimated time of completion is accurate on the mobile app. It took me about 10 minutes to drive over to the store but when I arrived, I had to wait an extra 15 minutes in store for my order.
