Took over 30 min for a single order of chicken, the girl at the counter didn't give me the bag I paid for until I asked and she put the chicken in the bag sideways before handing me the bag rightside up and almost spilled my order in the bag. Wouldn't reccomend coming here for anything other than tea if you will already stop in the plaza. Not worth a solo trip for only TP Tea

Having never been here before, I came here earlier tonight excited to order an oolong milk tea. Instead of experiencing happiness, I experienced frustration as the bottom my car was scraped and banged up from a poorly placed curb on the parking lot! The entrance to this strip mall on S. Blaney Avenue has a hidden low curb without any bushes, trees, or markings indicating that a curb is sticking out. I turned into the parking lot, made an immediate right, and my car proceeded to run over the elevated curb scraping and damaging the underside the vehicle. Because other cars were behind me I couldn't even stop and go slowly. Instead of enjoying a boba tea I now have to now contemplate the cost of repair bills and whether or not to sue the property management company of this parking lot. Putting this here so other customers can be aware that turning right after entering the parking lot can damage their vehicle. PLEASE FIX THIS CURB!!!!

We ordered mango milk tea (around 6:11 pm 01/01/2025), our friends ordered same tea as well. It was horrible. All I can taste was ice, sugar and faint taste of tea. There was no mango whatsoever. Tea color was not even yellow and no mango chunks as advertised in picture. We even selected less ice in kiosk order but it was full with ice. They definitely messed up the order. We informed staff and the guy (probably manager) told us basically it is what it is. He didn’t even tried to make it right. I would not spend any money at this place. There much better places nearby.

Waited for about 20+ mins for 7 drinks. The tieguanyin latte was way water down. Regular price with low quality drinks. Sometimes the drinks are decent. I think it is a hit or miss place.

I kinda prefer this location to El Camino's because the Tie Guan Yin Milk Tea here has a more intense flavor. However, it's wise to check the wait time if you're using the Snack Pass. The place can get quite bustling, which is a testament to their popularity and the consistent quality they maintain. I've tried strawberry milk tea, the Taiwan classic, Paradise Peach with cheese foam, fantastic fruit tea, and Oats Fresh Milk Tea, and each one was great in its own way. The toppings are also equally good, such as the QQ noodles, grass jelly, pudding, etc. When it comes to food, the popcorn chicken is a must-try. At the moment, their version is more satisfying than or arguably up to par with Ume Tea and Shihlin.
