Great tea, definitely order ahead.
It feels so busy here even at 8-9pm! Tapioca was soft but chewy - the perfect balance
TP Tea in Cupertino delivers a polished bubble tea experience with a focus on quality ingredients and consistent flavor. The menu leans into classic Taiwanese milk teas, fruit teas, and creamy lattes, with standout options like the signature Pearl Milk Tea and the refreshing Mango Green Tea. Toppings are fresh and well-portioned, and the sweetness and ice levels are customizable, which makes it easy to tailor your drink to your liking.
The shop itself is clean and modern, with a minimalist design that keeps the focus on the drinks. Service is efficient, and even during peak hours, the line moves quickly. While seating is limited, it’s a great grab-and-go spot for students, professionals, or anyone craving a reliable tea fix. TP Tea’s attention to detail and smooth ordering process make it a dependable favorite in Cupertino’s competitive boba scene
I’ve been a regular customer at this shop, but this experience was unacceptable. While drinking one of their drinks, I discovered a piece of metal inside. (See photo.) At first, I thought it was just a hair or string, but upon closer inspection, it was a sharp, curved piece of metal—something that could easily be swallowed and cause serious harm.
I immediately reached out to both the shop and Snackpass through the app. Neither responded. No apology, no acknowledgment, no refund, absolutely nothing.
This is a major safety issue and the complete lack of accountability is shocking
Amazing customer service!
This place never slows down nor will they need to. It's great to see they have self serving and fast tea orders made for order ahead. TP tea's business model clearly is working fantastic for everyone who is a fan and continues to come back to the shop.
good tea, long line.
their tie guan yin tea was really nice and floral, one of the better milk teas i have had. their prices are also reasonable
I ordered 15% sugar on my Orange Milk Tea and they gave me 100%. Super sweet I’m shaking now.
Still one of my favorite, go to milk tea chains from Taiwan.
I have been going here consistently since they opened in 2018, always opt for the Winter Melon Tea Latte here when Im in the mood for something a bit sweet no adjustments. When I want something a bit less sweet, I always get their Tie Guan Yin Latte 80% sweet and less ice.
Overall if you like your milk tea creamy and tea forward tasting, this is your place.
I recommend ordering on snackpass to avoid the long lines as this spot is always busy , not a lot of space to sit inside, and you can get points towards a free drink.
** Also fun fact I learned from my recent trip to Taipei, TP Tea is a chain opened up by another chain in Taiwan called Chun Shui Tang, known as the creator of bubble tea!**

TP Tea is one of my go-to places for boba in the Bay Area! Their drinks are always consistent and have a strong tea flavor. I love their Tie Guan Yin Milk Tea with boba or grass jelly. You can easily order online via Snackpass and avoid waiting in line at the store. They have opened a few other location in San Jose, Milpitas, Pleasanton, Berkeley, and more.
Relaxing Milk Tea place, ordered for take out without Boba but they still put Bobo in it.
Took over 30 min for a single order of chicken, the girl at the counter didn't give me the bag I paid for until I asked and she put the chicken in the bag sideways before handing me the bag rightside up and almost spilled my order in the bag. Wouldn't reccomend coming here for anything other than tea if you will already stop in the plaza. Not worth a solo trip for only TP Tea
Popular place and tasty drinks
Tea drinks were not so special in my opinion. A little pricey for what it delivered. I may be the disenter I my family though, they all love this place.
