Waited for about 20+ mins for 7 drinks. The tieguanyin latte was way water down. Regular price with low quality drinks. Sometimes the drinks are decent. I think it is a hit or miss place.

The milk tea was great and reminded me exactly of the milk tea I’ve had in Taiwan. However, I was disappointed to receive the smaller boba pearls.
