There are countless number of boba shops near our home in Cupertino but Ume is the favorite for my entire family. Kids and adults love this place. Not only do they have the best drinks and service but the snacks are delicious as well. Come try something new in Ume!

Their menu is impressive, offering a wide range of options from classic milk teas to fruity refreshers and seasonal specials. I tried the Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea and a Mango Green Tea – both were fantastic. The boba was fresh and chewy, and the flavors were well-balanced.

Food: 3.25/5 Pretty good mango sago flavor wise. Lowkey not sure why there are some crunchy ice bits inside it. Might have melted but not sure.
Wow: -1/1 Why’d it take forever to get this drink. So long that my drink melted???
This is my new favorite boba and popcorn chicken place, especially after Tapex close down most of its stores. It's a bit pricey now but still totally worth it. I especially like the mango sango non-caffeinated boba tea.

There's dirt in the chicken fillet. This restaurant is very unhygienic. I like to eat here, but I am very disappointed this time. I hope the store can come out and give me an explanation.

We got mochi sticky rice milk tea, pop corn chicken and a mango smoothie. Everything was delicious, made with fresh ingredients. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely come back.
The service is extremely slow and the staff here are not working efficiently at all. There must be management problem here. Everyone here is super slow and slack off.
