$12.50 for a small dessert bowl? Not even a medium. Yes, a 1/2 a teaspoon of peanut butter was added, that’s the toppings you’re referring too. Still too much for a small cup. The other VB and Jamba Juice give double the amount for that price. I’m assuming the location has higher rent and his heightened prices for that.

Customer service tells a lot about the business. I was in front of the shop waiting for it to be open. The staff saw me and just unlocked the door, instead of opening the door and greet. Walked into the shop, still no greeting. I placed my order via tablet, while the staff head straight to the kitchen and didn't say anything. Waited for 10 minutes for my order. The staff brought out the order and just handed to me without saying anything. Basically my whole experience at this shop was no communication with the staff. You want to start your day with good energy, good vibes. A simple hello would have been nice. Food- Food was ok. Had a island blend bowl, which was good. And a temptation smoothie, which was watered down. Maybe I would give it another try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but is it anytime soon? Probably not.

There will be a 15-20 minute wait if you order in person, so I highly recommend ordering in advance online or on the App. Apart from the wait everything else was great. The workers were nice and friendly. It had a clean and open space with free wifi and restrooms available. I ordered the matcha madness, açaí elixir, chia seed pudding and a small vitality bowl. It all tasted delicious and healthy. Make sure to download the App to accumulate loyalty points for freebies. If no one is in the front, make sure to press the button on the counter. And parking is available in the front

Love a healthy bowl. I’m really really trying to eat healthy more but the price is prohibitively expensive. May be there’s a lot of food wasted due to the perishable nature of the ingredients and the customer is still paying for that. Bottom line I I need to be an Apple employee or their children to afford this on a regular basis?. Until then, it’s an occasional spurge. Vitality bowl is not out of the ordinary when it comes to ‘healthy’ food. Don’t get me started with Joe & the Juice ???. At least you can get full at Vitality Bowl ?

I've been here a handful of times, but apparently I've never written a review! Over the years, this place has changed a number of times from the customers to the employees but with inflation at its highest, this large $20 dragon bowl was still delicious! Granted I tipped. Everything says it's Organic and I was lucky enough to get a really cold açai dragon fruit bowl that stayed cold and didn't melt for about 45 minutes as I took this to my aunts house. She loved it and the honey, bee pollen, almond and kiwi were so fresh and delicious. It was an amazing crunch along with the strawberries into, this açai bowl! She's definitely a fan now and wants me to get her another one! Lol This particular spot was really empty and there was only one other person there, as the lobby played their own music there was music playing in the background that sounded more grunge or punk rock for the employees. Lol perfectly fine with me as long as they get their work done. Hee. I like how clean and neat everything was and I will definitely be back again! Granted, I wish the prices were only $13 which I know they were maybe 10 years ago when this place first opened, but inflation is ridiculous and it's eight dollars for a cup of coffee with oat milk since I'm lactose intolerant so whatever! Lol.

The acai bowls here are always super good! The acai tastes nice, fruity, and fresh and they always put plenty of toppings, they do not skimp on the real fruit. I usually get their original vitality bowl, and I feel like $13.49 for a medium is a decent price given the amount of fruit and I always feel quite full afterwards. I definitely recommend ordering in the app or online before coming to pick up the order, as I always do this and never need to wait that way. The interior is also not the most welcoming and the staff are not too friendly either so ordering online makes picking up your order the most painless and efficient.

This was an awkward experience. It felt like our presence was an inconvenience to the staff. We were the only ones there and the attention to detail for one order was very lacking, like missing items and we thought we said we wanted to eat there but they gave us everything to go. The food itself wasn't good either; the açaí mix was not flavorful and other item we got barely edible. We don't like wasting food but it was too hard to get through, and especially for the high price. Really wanted to like this place

Long wait. Acai is flavorless. Also got a steak wrap that was totally inedible. Definitely not worth it considering how much you have to pay.

Im sorry but this company and restaurant has gone down horribly. Ever heard of shrink flation? This is the worst case if it. 2 months ago i came here and they gave me a large power pesto plate for 15 dollars. Now 15 dollars gets you a small bowl thats caved inward so you get even less salad. Its horrible and i unfortunately will never come back here again. If they gave the same amount and increased it to 18 dollars i would consider but looking at the super small salad now is depressing. Plus 3 pieces of chicken compares to the previous 6?

Food is bland and outrageously overpriced for what it is. They also take forever to give you the food. It was overall a poor experience and you are better off going to the other stores in this area!!

The Vitality bowl was solid and refreshing but did not justify the price ($13.49 after tax for a medium). The base was not overly sweet and it was evident that it was blended with fresh ingredients rather than scooped from a premade blend as some other places do nowadays. Unfortunately, the blend was inconsistent and there were still some unblended ice and mushy fruit chunks throughout the base. They don't skimp with the toppings as seen in the photo, which is appreciated. There's a sign that warns customers of potential longer wait times since everything is fresh and made to order. Understandable, but we had to wait nearly 45 minutes for one bowl when there was only one customer in front of us.

Good freshly squeezed juices, service, and ambiance; outdoor siting available. Slightly longer wait than I would like but not a biggie.

Food is made to order. If there are orders ahead of you sometimes you will be waiting a while to get your order. It is best to use the mobile app to order ahead. Food seems fresh and tastes good.

=== Food surprisingly good ===My bullets, as usual. Sorry for the lack of prose!+ I was leery of ordering savory, non-acai food -- a search for "chimichurri" yielded nothing and "steak" yielded only a one-star review. But was _craving_ savory and especially steak so I ordered the steak chimichurri bowl against my better judgement.Just goes to show that sometimes it's worth taking a risk!!Steak was decent - NOT overcooked, not livery, all things I worried about in a place that didn't specialize in meat.Grains were DELICIOUS and hot. Loved this part of it. (Now I want to learn how to MAKE this.)Dressing both on the salad and on the grains (seemed like it was two different dressings) were plentiful and flavorful without being ... inaccessible? Salad dressing was some sort of italian, and on the grains, it was hard to tell.Salad greens were fresh, delicate, none of the nasty, hard, near-the-stem bits that you sometimes find in your CostCo salad mixes. All in all, fantastic.+ Honestly, the ancient grains with dressing was the best part of the bowl. I would easily order this without steak next time.+ It was FILLING. I had planned on getting an acai bowl alongside it, or immediately afterwards, and I couldn't fathom it. That's SUPER rare for me.* It's pricey -- with a $2 tip, it ended up being $19.99, but I'm ok paying for that if it's quality, hits the spot, AND ends up being so filling.+ And it came in less than 5 minutes. There was an order ahead of me. Given some of the reviews here, I was prepared for a 20 minute wait. It was at 9:46 am on a Saturday morning.+ I was sitting just outside and they brought the chimichurri bowl out to me instead of me having to go in and check repeatedly - that was thoughtful.* Their outside space isn't particular enchanting. Because it abuts the street, a lot of cars are passing by. But there are three small serviceable tables, each sitting two people each.* Did get a Superfood Bowl after an hour or two (needed to wait THAT long for stomach to be ready!) Recommendation from another patron. It was good -- lots of acai, toppings seemed fresh. But was not out-of-the-world surprising like the savory bowl was.* THAT bowl did take a while. There were a few other patrons but the bowl ended up taking 25 minutes. I suspect it was out of the ordinary though because the server did need to ask halfway through the wait what I was waiting for and apologized for the wait which makes it seem it was unusual.Enjoy your bowls, whether sweet or savory!
