The focus is on high quality tea, freshly made from loose tea leaves and full of aroma. Drinks are freshly brewed in front of customers using actual tea machines, with no microwaves or powder. The tea is tea-forward and aromatic, with a wonderful fragrance. The quality is consistently high.
Popular milk teas include the dragon well milk tea, Oolong milk tea, Jasmine milk tea, White Peach Oolong milk tea, Qilan Oolong milk tea, Lapsang Souchong black milk tea, and Gardenia milk tea. These are praised for having the right amount of creaminess and for not being too sweet. Both hot and cold drinks are amazing. The store is pretty inconspicuous from the outside but has a clean, very white interior design with a good number of tables, bar stools, and outside seating. There is parking available and it is rarely busy. Customers can order ahead or use a self-order kiosk. While it does not have the hype of some other chains, many find its tea way better.
