Drinks are made poorly and they don't follow drink instructions (ex: less boba but half the cup was full of boba).
HiroNori has a really good vegan ramen with corn, tofu, soy crumbles, lettuce, and two broiled broccolini stalks. You can order either thick or thin noodles, but the difference between them isn’t huge. They also offer a red pepper and garlic sauce option on the side if you want it spicy (the default is not spicy at all). Overall it’s really good: comes out hot and a bit portion. Noodles are cooked well. They also have vegan gyoza, which is not common, and a nice side for the table. The dipping sauce for it is lemony and a bit strange. There’s also edamame available as an appetizer. And the yuzu-ade drink is pretty good. The food comes out pretty fast, but depending on when you go, service can be a little slow. They seem to only run with one person on the wait staff, handling hostess and delivery service prep duties too. It’s also just one big room, with a divider towards the center that blocks most of the view of the kitchen. Not the best ambiance, but perfectly fine for a quick bite. Parking is not great here as the shopping center is really popular.
This place was great! I didn’t even get a chance to take a pic because we inhaled everything. They have vegan ramen, vegan gyoza, and edamame, but don’t let the lack of options deter you (the menu is small anyway). We even got an order of crispy rice with no tuna (just avo and rice and eel sauce which is vegan) Each dish was so thoughtful and delicious. The broccolini that comes on the vegan ramen was out of this world, the broth was fantastic, the crispy rice was heavenly. Overall, a solid 4/5–because even though the options were great, it would be great to see MORE vegan dishes from them!
I would give this 5 stars if i could. Ramen is clearly labeled Vegan and possibly the best ramen I've ever had They have vegan gyoza, but we asked for the crispy rice no chicken which was vegan.
No zero sugar options for months.
They no longer deserve “Zero” in their name.
I had an amazing experience with the employees at noon 3/8/2025. I accidentally left my bag, phone, and wallet in the store, and thankfully, they found them and kept them safe at the counter. When I returned to pick them up, they were extremely careful in verifying that they belonged to me, asking about the color and details instead of just handing them over. I truly appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail. It’s rare to find such thoughtful and responsible employees. Thank you so much for your kindness and integrity!
This place had 2 labeled vegan options - ramen and gyozas. Both are delicious and super tasty!
There is only one vegan option at this place, but the menu is really small anyway. Plus the one vegan option (Ramen) is delicious! 5 stars for the vegan Ramen!

Went to pick up a too good to go order. On TGTG the pick up time is 10pm-10:15pm, so I arrived at 10:12pm. The store was closed and I left empty handed.
Please update your time on TGTG.

High recommended for diabetics and health conscious ppl! One of the only boba place to have zero caloric sweetener offerings to the drinks.
Employees are always chill and the shop is always clean! Definitely a fave!

Drinks are tasty, use real fruit and don't have too much sugar. Good caffeine free options.

One cup, as shown in the picture, is missing one-third even though it hasn't been opened. The other cup, when drunk down to the last third, is full of residue, making it undrinkable.
