HiroNori has a really good vegan ramen with corn, tofu, soy crumbles, lettuce, and two broiled broccolini stalks. You can order either thick or thin noodles, but the difference between them isn’t huge. This place was great! I didn’t even get a chance to take a pic because we inhaled everything. They have vegan ramen, vegan gyoza, and edamame, but don’t let the lack of options deter you (the menu is small anyway). We even got an order of crispy rice with no tuna (just avo and rice and eel sauce which is vegan) Each dish was so thoughtful and delicious. I would give this 5 stars if i could. Ramen is clearly labeled Vegan and possibly the best ramen I've ever had They have vegan gyoza, but we asked for the crispy rice no chicken which was vegan.
