We went there on this past Sunday I wanted a burrito from a Chipotle restaurant I've been to the one in Fullerton which was actually pretty good so I figured I'd try a different one this one is more like a pickup only sitting here is very limited and very dirty I don't think they wipe down their tables very often. 100/100 that is the quality of service i recieved today (9/17/24) at chipotle cypress. I had the pleasure of getting my bowl made by the short latina girl. She was very quiet but she got the job done and LOADED me up. I have never had a more scrumptious bowl. If all chipotles trained their employees like this girl, they would have many more satisfied customers! The only downside was there was no forks stocked up by the drinks.

It’s been a while since I have written a review but I really enjoyed this experience after a long day and showing up right before closing the staff was really respectful and polite. Great customer service is not common anymore. I wanted to thank them for their efforts.
