I went yesterday at around 3pm with my husband to dine in. I just wanted to share what a great, helpful and lovely young lady Lesli is. From what I seen, she was taking orders in the drive thru but still took the time to greet us with a smile and asks us to give her a second. As I was waiting, I could see she was taking an order and making it at the same time. Then, when she made her way up to us, again with a smile apologized for the wait and was so kind and patient while taking...
This particular Pollo Locco location sure nails it on the flavor especially with the chicken. we pass up several other Pollo locco's just to come to this one. Management please let your team know that they do a great job! Great job everyone!
Clean place and great customer service, Olivia helped me out to get my rewards which no other Pollo loco help or advice before, great service. Christian very attentive and helpful. Both experienced and helpful getting my order right and not a long wait. Thank you
