Juicy Dumpling Factory is a restaurant that many people want to try. One family went with a granddaughter, a son, and parents, and the mom loved this place. When they walked into JDF, they smelled something wonderful and amazing. The guy seating them said it was their green beans, and the son immediately said they wanted to order that. They were not disappointed. An order of their green beans is a must. They were greeted and seated immediately. The mom ordered her favorite drink, her mango green tea. The dad tried the strawberry, and they loved them. They ordered just about a little bit of everything. The shining stars are the dumplings, but the orange chicken was the star of the night. The orange chicken “white meat” was so tender, so flavorful, so cooked to perfection. The ribs were second, absolutely fantastic. The green beans were FANTABULOUS. Every plate is served family style and brought out within minutes of each other, so everything is served hot. The service is absolutely beyond impeccable, friendly service, friendly staff, and they use fresh ingredients. The pork and shrimp dumplings were amazing. The dumpling sauce is the best. The scallion pancakes were dipped in it. The beef rolls will be ordered next time. They ate like royalty and spent $30 a person including drinks.

Juicy Dumpling Factory is a really great alternative to din tai fung, with very similar hot fresh dishes and plenty of tables inside. Favorites were the string beans and the pork boa dumplings. The spicy wontons were good as well. Watching dumplings being made right in front of you hits different. This place has an open kitchen where you can literally see the whole process from fresh dough being rolled out to each dumpling carefully folded by hand. A variety of dishes tasted clean, fresh, and super satisfying. Recommendations include Broccoli with Prime Beef, Dry-Fried String Bean, Juicy Dumplings, and Steamed Mango Jelly Bun. The dumplings were definitely the highlight, so juicy and flavorful. Knowing your food is made from scratch makes it even better. Worth trying if you’re in LA or Orange County.

Brunch with the family on a weekend was a great time. Service was top notch and the restaurant ambiance felt very clean and open. 6 items were ordered from the menu, and the portions were big. Food was delicious although somewhat on the saltier side for the mapo tofu. A great time was had, and they will definitely be coming back with family and friends. This place is absolutely loved. Many Asian restaurants have been visited, from Dubai to NYC, and this one, albeit simple, is up there with the best. The food is great. Five stars. The food was really good. The service was nice. And the atmosphere was upbeat. I really like the place but can't really articulate what it was I liked about it. But I plan to go back.
