This place is great! I’ve been eating here since I’ve discovered it when I moved to cypress a year ago. The spam musubi’s are always great and today they offered amazing hospitality when my girlfriend cut her finger and the owner treated her wound with ointment and a bandaid! Amazing food and amazing service always!

On my trip to cali from Hawaii and it’s just like how it is in hawaii the old man working was nice and i don’t know how people can leave bad reviews on this guy i guess its just how the culture is up here unlike hawaii. Everything was made fresh and it took around 10 mins to make 3 plates.

plates are really small & expensive compared to Carson ,Ca locationLook at pictures. Beef ribs are smaller than plastic fork . Go to Carson & you'll get 2 big beef ribs on your mix plate.

Our food was prepared so nicely, the katsu was arranged and the spam musibi was tightly wrapped and didn't come undone. The owner is so friendly and nice, the inside seemed something right out of the 90's and late 2000's hawaii.

Lived by this location my entire life and the quality just keeps getting worse and worse. I'm done after today. My wife's katsu was soggy and hardly cooked. My bbx mix plate was salty and the amount of beef and rib I got was pathetic. Go to the loft down the street, it will be money better spent.Called an got an apology from what seemed to be a nice kid (boy). Overall, nothing was really offered to make it right, and from the recent reviews, this seem the be the norm.

I don't know whose the manager of this place . I got home and opened the box and as you can see that's what they gave me . That's not right I paid good money and I deserve a great service and the quality of food is bad . Short ribs . The cook gave me bones only 1 had a small meat . I definitely will not spend my earned money that I worked hard and go to this place .

I had a poor experience on my visit to L&L. There was only one person working when I arrived at 6:50pm. There had been people waiting for their food but no one was cooking because the worker was busy taking orders. I waited over 30 minutes for my food which had a lot of burn beef and chicken. While the meat was cooking the work would walk away to take more orders or do other duties. The restaurant itself was clean. I don't have any plans to visit again in the near future.

This location really disparages the brand. Slow service. Ridiculously small portions. Dirty. High prices. Imagine paying $35 for two meals the size of a Banquet TV dinner. The ownership is profoundly cheap and short-sighted. I'm never coming back.

If I could, I would've given this place a 0 star review. The food is much Like any other l&l franchise. However, the service and accuracy on this location is alarmingly horrible. My last 3 take outs have been missing food, wrong food and one where the old guy mistakes soy sauce for the katsu. Though it may seem like not a big deal, I have 4 kids that I usually only order for when pressed for time. Having to go back and forth with this place is a major inconvenience. All the guy says every time is "really???" And offer no apologies or explanation. Have even gone as asked me to not tell anyone this last time. Seems like nice guys but would rather get accurate orders when I pick up

I wish I could say how good this food was however, I wasn't served! I literally was waiting i the ship for a good 5 min before I just left. The workers heard me as they made eye contact but white literally, did not help me. Whatever

Terrible customer service & poor quality food. Called the restaurant at 11am, the time they open, but the person who answered said they weren't open yet. We asked if he could still take our order down and he did, he mentioned it would be ready in 30-35 min. We arrived at the restaurant at 11:40 and paid for our food. We asked the owner for hot sauce and soy sauce and he guaranteed they were already in the bag. We got home and realized there was no hot sauce as promised. The masubis barely had seaweed, and to top it off the chicken was disgusting. Worst L&L experience.

This place USED to be really good but the service and quality of the food has gone down hill big time. I am sad to say I won't be back. Plus customer service is non-existent. Rude people working counter.
