The OG breakfast burrito is good but I feel a bit overpriced. You could get two breakfast burritos for a bit less at Nick‘s deli in Los Alamitos and you won’t lack quality and or great taste.
I've eaten a lot of burritos in my 50+ years, more than I care to admit, especially to my doctor. I've traveled the world, ventured into street markets, tucked into taco trucks, and chased down culinary legends in dusty little towns. And yet, nothing, nothing has come close to the queso burrito at LJ's.

This breakfast burrito is really solid, one of the best in California. They don't skimp on the cheese and the fluffy eggs are cooked in heavy butter! Pair this with their spicy green sauce and you'll have one of the best breakfast bites anywhere!
I recommend the spicy OG breakfast burrito with spicy green sauce on the side. Update: choose the cilantro green sauce and spicy red sauce!
