Really delicious food and friendly and attentive staff. I asked if they had the special fish sauce (NƯỚC CHẤM) for spring rolls rather than peanut sauce, and they made it for me especially. The pho noodles were amazingly tasty. Everything was good! And fresh. I will be back!
I thought the restaurant was beautiful and the atmosphere was relatively quiet as we went during a windy afternoon, the service from the cashier was great and she was very friendly. :) the pho was good, I have a favorite spot that's now a bit out of the way since I've moved to OC, but this had a nice a suble flavor profile, and the Bahn mi was good as well, a bit too oily if I'm being honest. Flavors were good though :)
Sunday afternoon. Dining area was not busy but they get a lot of pick up orders.
We were able to enjoy beef noodle with brisket and spring rolls. The portion of noodles was enough for my toddler alone. But the meat and soup was definitely for sharing. The peanut sauce for the spring rolls were a little runny, but was able to fix that with some oyster sauce and siracha.
