My Asian parents and I came to this Starbucks for a morning coffee and sandwich. The workers and baristas here were extremely rude and racist. They SKIPPED our order and gave the people (about 4 people) who came after us. My mother asked them our order did not come out and they kept giving my parents a rude glare and ignored us on the spot. We waited 15 minutes just for a venti hot americano and an almond croissant!!! The other Starbucks near my neighborhood has great customer service, and never had we ever received any racial discrimination. But this one in Ball Rd. was extremely RACIST! Never coming to this location again!!!

I was treated like a dumbas* by the Starbucks worker named Gladus. I simply forgot my mask at home today, and when she asked if I could put one on first I let her know I've been vaccinated. After her telling me that didn't matter, I asked for her to please provide a mask. I usually have one on me, but I've been washing them so I forgot one today. She was so disgustingly rude and acted like a little girl when talking to me. I kept telling her to please just give me a mask so I can order, and finally one of her co workers handed me one. Apparently Gladus believes that just because there's a mask mandate, you can treat your customers like sh**. RUDE, DISGUSTING WOMAN.
So I go to Starbucks on Katella, supposed to be open till 8:30. I get there at 8:20. CLOSED. I leave a negative review. I go to the next closest one 5min later, on Ball, says it closes at 9pm; however, they are CLOSED. The barista says go to the one on Valley View cuz they close at 10pm. Headed there now. If they are closed it will be a record 3 negative Starbucks reviews in less than 45min. The World has gone mad
